  • 1.5 oz

    Don Julio Blanco Tequila

  • 0.5 oz

    White Vermouth

  • 0.75 oz

    Fresh lemon juice

  • 0.5 oz

    Simple syrup

  • 5drops

    Scrappy’s Lavender Bitters

  • 1.5 oz

    Fever Tree Ginger Beer

  • Hibiscus flower

Preparation

  • Combine Don Julio Blanco, white vermouth, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and 5 drops Scrappy’s Lavender Bitters bitters into a shaker with ice.
  • Shake gently.
  • Strain into a flute over a hibiscus flower.
  • Top with Fever Tree Ginger Beer and mist with orange peel.
