  • 1 oz

    Blanc Vermouth

  • 1 oz

    Grapefruit

  • .5 oz

    Lemon

  • .5 oz

    Simple

  • Club Soda

MIX AND SHARE WITH US ON

Preparation

  • Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker, add ice, and shake hard for 3 seconds
  • Strain into an ice-filled highball, glass and top with cold club soda
  • Garnish with a freshly sliced grapefruit half and two dashes of Peychaud’s bitters
