A better way to brunch: Blanco with lemon juice, ginger beer, fragrant lavender, and hibiscus flowers served in a champagne flute.

  • 45 ml

    Don Julio Blanco Tequila

  • 15 ml

    White Vermouth

  • 22 ml

    Fresh lemon juice

  • 15 ml

    Simple syrup

  • 5 drops

    Scrappy’s Lavender Bitters

  • 45 ml

    Fever Tree Ginger Beer

  • Hibiscus flower

MIX AND SHARE WITH US ON

Preparation

  • Combine Don Julio Blanco, white vermouth, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and 5 drops Scrappy’s Lavender Bitters bitters into a shaker with ice.
  • Shake gently.
  • Strain into a flute over a hibiscus flower.
  • Top with Fever Tree Ginger Beer and mist with orange peel.
