Sesame Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz of Tequila Don Julio 1942
  • Handful of Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tsp of Chinese Five Syrup
  • 2 dashes of Bitters

Garnish: Snake-Shaped Orange Peel

Instructions:
Dry toast the sesame seeds in a warm pan. Remove them from the pan and add Don Julio 1942 to infuse for one hour. In a rock glass over ice mix 2 oz of the sesame-infused Tequila Don Julio 1942, Chinese Five Syrup and bitters. Stir, serve and garnish with an orange twist cut in the shape of a snake.

Lunar New Year Margarita

Ingredients:

  • Tequila Don Julio 1942
  • Lychee Liquor
  • Mandarin Ginger Syrup
  • Lime Juice
  • Sichuan Peppercorn Syrup (optional)

Garnish: Snake-Shaped Orange Peel

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake thoroughly. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with orange peel. Add Sichuan Peppercorn Syrup for a spicy kick!
