Blanco Margarita

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Blanco
  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz Agave Nectar
  • Garnish the zest of 1 lime and sea salt purposefully dusted

Instructions:

  1. Prepare a rocks glass with a salt rim
  2. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
  3. Add ice and shake passionately
  4. Strain into a glass over ice
  5. Garnish with lime zest and sea salt rim

Reposado Paloma

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Reposado
  • 0.75 oz Fresh Squeezed Grapefruit
  • 0.5 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime
  • 0.5 oz Agave Nectar
  • 3 oz Club Soda
  • Garnish with salted grapefruit

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
  2. Fill completely with ice and shake passionate
  3. Strain into glass and top with soda
  4. Garnish with Cilantro Leaves & Salted Grapefruit

70 & Soda

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz 70 Cristalino
  • Sparking Water or Club Soda
  • Garnish with a lime wedge

Instructions:

  1. Pour Don Julio 70 Cristalino in a highball glass over ice
  2. Top off with sparkling water
  3. Garnish with lime wedge

Añejo Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Añejo
  • 0.25 oz Agave Nectar
  • 2 Dashes Grapefruit bitters
  • Garnish with a Grapefruit twist

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a rocks glass
  2. Add ice
  3. Stir with devotion for 15-20 seconds
  4. Garnish with a Grapefruit Twist
